Cardio Boxing Class

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm

Cardio Boxing is a fun and great way to get in shape, relieve stress, and learn some cool skills. For this class we teach you how to both hold and hit Boxing focus mitts. We also use Tabatta style timed rounds instead of the normal 3 minute rounds. Each person will be paired with a partner ( 1 person will hold, 1 person will hit ) and switch off between rounds. This will make sure that everyone has equal time with both.

Required Items

  • 12-16oz / S-L boxing gloves

  • Hand wraps (Optional ) but recommended for safety

  • Water

  • Towell
